FT Blanc Soft Tannin

Colorless white wine tannin. Use at start of fermentation to protect against oxidation; use during fermentation to impart mouthfeel and perception of sweetness. Use at least 3 weeks before bottling. 0.2 to 0.6 grams per gallon (one packet will treat 5-15 gallons).
