Refund policy
Returns
30 day return policy for unused, unopened merchandise with receipt. No return or exchanges of grapes, juice, kits, perishable products, gift cards or class deposits.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company to see if the refund is pending or being authorized. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
Send us an email with photos at Winemaking@northeastproduce.com or call us 860-793-2700 and ask for the winemaking department.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
