Northeast Winemaking Return & Refund Policy

We always strive for excellent products and service, but many things happen outside of our control. We're here to help as well as we can, so if there's any question or doubt, please call us!

All unopened, unused products may be returned within 60 days, except for:

  • Fresh Juice, Grapes, or other perishable items;
  • Glass that is broken or chipped - please inspect before receiving;
  • Items missing or incomplete at our discretion only.

In-Person (Storefront) details:

If no receipt is available, a refund in form or store credit may be offered at the discretion of  management. Within 60 days and with receipt we will do everything in our power to accept a return, with respect to the exceptions above. 

After 60 days exchanges may be allowed at the discretion of management. 

Sorry, grapes, yeast, & juice cannot be returned. 

Online Orders:

If an item is defective or damaged from shipping, please contact us so we can determine if a return is necessary. We will not pay for or accept returns for broken glass.

Refunds are offered at our discretion, and only within 60 days.

Exchanges must be approved either by email or over the phone. In the case of an exchange due to an error, we will create a return shipping label. Return shipping for items elected to be returned will be at customer's expense unless an exchange arrangement is made first. 


Bookings for events or classes are refundable up to 48 hours before the time and date. Please call or email (and include order number) if an issue should arise.

If an event or class must be cancelled due to weather or other situation, we will contact each registrant to see if we may reschedule. If this is not available, a refund will be issued.
