Introduction to Winemaking and Hands on Winemaking Experience

These will be two-part classes held on:
Saturday, January 20th, 2018 and Saturday, April 21st, 2018 (Cancelled)
Saturday, February 3rd, 2018 and Saturday, May 5th, 2018
Saturday, February 10th, 2018 and Saturday, May 12th, 2018
All classes begin at 12pm.
Introduction to Winemaking basics class including a hands on winemaking experience will be held at:

These classes will be limited to 10 people and a fee of $75 is required.
These classes will be taught by Patrick Stauffer, our resident winemaker and wine consultant. We will cover the basics on what you need to know to make quality wines at home. The first class will conclude with making 2 batches of wine. Approximately 4 months later the class will meet to bottle the wine and each participant will take home two bottles of each wine made. Hands on winemaking from fresh juice of both a red and white wine
Handouts will be provided, including a coupon towards the purchase of a winemaking equipment kit. Cheese, fruit and crackers will be provided, and a wine tasting. We have plenty of parking spaces. Hope to see you there.
