A Special Valentine’s Day Wine and Chocolate Class is Scheduled for:
Saturday, February 16th, 2018 / Saturday, April 20th, 2019
(This class will include a wine and chocolate pairing in addition to the normal class features.  This class will be $100 instead of the normal class fee.)
All classes begin at 12pm.
 
Introduction to Winemaking Basics class including a hands-on winemaking experience will be held at:

These classes will be limited to 10 people and a fee of $75 is required, unless price is otherwise stated.
 
These classes will be taught by Patrick Stauffer, our resident winemaker and wine consultant.  He will cover the basics on what you need to know to make quality wines at home.  The first class will conclude with making two batches of wine.  Approximately 2 months later the class will meet to bottle the wine and each participant will take home two bottles of each wine made.  Topics will include…

Wine tasting
Hands on winemaking from Winexpert Wine Kits of both a red and white wine, selected by the participants in the class.
Handouts will be provided, including a coupon towards the purchase of a winemaking equipment kit. Snacks will be provided to accompany a wine tasting.  We have plenty of parking spaces.  Hope to see you there.
