All Saturday classes begin at 2pm.
Introduction to Winemaking basics class including a hands on winemaking experience will be held at:

These classes will be taught by Patrick Stauffer, our resident winemaker and wine consultant. We will cover the basics on what you need to know to make quality wines at home. The first class will conclude with making 2 batches of wine. Approximately 5 months later the class will meet to bottle the wine and each participant will take home two bottles of each wine made. Tasting of fresh wine grapes
Hands on winemaking from fresh juice of both a red and white wine
Handouts will be provided, including a coupon towards your next purchase. Cheese, fruit and crackers will be provided, and a wine tasting. We have plenty of parking spaces. Hope to see you there.
