Sangiovese and Motepulciano grapes in equal portion for the 2021 vintage. A long cold soak and very little oak gave ample grape tannins that stand out. Just as the wine fades with a hint of the 15.5% ABV, the grape tannins come back with a lovely finish.  Not over the top, but a very nice wine for a simple dinner.
