Added as an alternative to sugar to increase the sugar content (Brix reading) of low sugar musts or juice.  Can also be used to back sweeten, increase color and flavor in finished wine.  It does not contain any stabilizers.  When this concentrate is used after fermentation is complete, potassium sorbate (a stabilizer) needs to be added to prevent re-fermentation.
