Brewer's Best Kolsch Kit

 Kolsch is a crisp, clean, and easy drinking ale.  It has a straw-yellow color similar to a pilsner, but is less hoppy, a bit sweeter and uses pale malts and a small amount of wheat for added head retention and mouthfeel.

This kit makes 5 gallons of beer, which is approximately 2 cases (48) 12 oz. bottles.
