Introduction to Winemaking and Hands on Winemaking Class
These are two-part class.
Saturday, May 11th, 2019 at 1:00 pm and Saturday, August 10th, 2019 at 12:00 pm.
Saturday, May 18th, 2019 at 1:00 pm and Saturday, August 17th, 2019 at 12:00 pm.
Saturday, May 25th, 2019 at 1:00 pm and Saturday, August 24th, 2019 at 12:00 pm.
Introduction to Winemaking basics class including a hands-on interactive demonstration will be held at Northeast Winemaking, located at 10 Robert Jackson Way, Plainville, CT 06062. These classes will be limited to 10 people and a fee of $75 is required.
This class will be taught by Patrick Stauffer, our resident winemaker and wine consultant. We will cover the basics on what you need to know to make quality wines at home. The first class will conclude with making 2 batches of wine, utilizing our fresh Chilean juices. Handouts will be provided, including a coupon towards the purchase of a winemaking equipment kit. Cheese, fruit and crackers will be provided, along with some wines available for tasting. We have plenty of parking spaces. Hope to see you there.
