  • I would like to say that this class by Patrick is so informative and so worth the time… Patrick is so enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable about wines and everything that has to do with making wine.. I learned so much from him. I feel that he offers so much to everyone partaking in the class.. he gives everyone individual attention and makes the class very enjoyable. Even though we have been making wine for a few years now his insight has provided us with techniques and information to make our wines better. Everyone that loves to make wine should still take the class..you won’t be disappointed. Loved it!!!!!!!!!!!
